1ter Besluit 2010/259/EG van de Commissie van 4 mei 2010 tot machtiging van de Franse Republiek om een overeenkomst met het Vorstendom Monaco te sluiten zodat geldovermakingen tussen de Franse Republiek en het Vorstendom Monaco overeenkomstig Verordening (EG) nr. 1781/2006 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad als geldovermakingen binnen de Franse Republiek worden behandeld (PB L 112 van 5.5.2010, blz. 23).

In view of the Fiscal Agreement between France and the Principality of Monaco dated 18 May 1963 and the Agreement of friendship and neighbourly relations between Italy and the Republic of San Marino dated 31 March 1939, Monaco shall not be regarded as a third country and San Marino shall not be regarded as a third country in respect of excise duty.
Gelet op de fiscale overeenkomst tussen Frankrijk en het Prinsdom Monaco van 18 mei 1963 en de Convenzione di amicizia e buon vicinato (Verdrag van vriendschap en goede nabuurschap) tussen Italië en de Republiek San Marino van 31 maart 1939, worden Monaco en San Marino vanuit een oogpunt van accijnzen niet als derde land beschouwd.
