The information so far provided by the United Kingdom in this complex case was not sufficient to demonstrate that the planned aid is in line with the principles contained in the framework for aid to the motor vehicle industry, in particular as regards the proportionality of the aid, as calculated in the cost/benefit analysis.
Tot dusverre heeft het Verenigd Koninkrijk in deze complexe zaak niet voldoende informatie verstrekt om aan te tonen dat de geplande steun in overeenstemming is met de principes van de communautaire kaderregeling inzake staatssteun aan de automobielindustrie, met name wat betreft de evenredigheid van de steun op basis van de kosten-batenanalyse.
