3. Having regard to the actions implemented by the Member State, the region, the social partners and the enterprises concerned by virtue of national law or collective agreements, and paying particular attention to actions funded by the European Social Fund (the ESF), the information provided under paragraph 2 shall include a summary description of the actions taken and planned by the national authority and enterprises concerned, including an estimate of their cost.
3. Rekening houdend met de maatregelen die de lidstaat, de regio, de sociale partners en de betrokken ondernemingen nemen op grond van de nationale wetgeving of collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten, en met speciale aandacht voor acties die door het Europees Sociaal Fonds (hierna „het ESF” genoemd) worden gefinancierd, omvat de in lid 2 bedoelde informatie onder andere een korte beschrijving van de uitgevoerde en geplande acties van de betrokken nationale overheden en ondernemingen, met inbegrip van een kostenraming.
