Whereas the analysis of wine products by nuclear magnetic resonance of deuterium is a relatively new method; whereas to extend scientific exchanges between the official laboratories and promote cooperation in the interpretation of analytical results, the databank at the JRC should be accessible to the official laboratories using this method of analysis and to other official bodies requesting such access, subject to observance of the principles of the protection of private information;
Overwegende dat de analyse van wijnbouwprodukten door deuteriumkernspinresonantie een vrij nieuwe techniek is; dat, om de uitwisseling van wetenschappelijke gegevens tussen de officiële laboratoria te bevorderen en een zekere mate van overleg bij de interpretatie van de analyseresultaten te vergemakkelijken, moet worden bepaald dat de databank van het GCO toegankelijk dient te zijn voor alle officiële laboratoria waar de genoemde analysemethode wordt toegepast en, op aanvraag, ook voor andere officiële instanties, voor zover het beginsel van de bescherming van particuliere gegevens niet in het gedrang komt;
