If the pleading does not comply with the requirements set out in the second, third and fourth subparagraphs of Article 45(1), in the second subparagraph of Article 45(2), in Article 46 or in paragraph 2 of this Article, the Registrar shall prescribe a time-limit within which the party concerned is to put the pleading in order.

6.
