In July 2015, Commission services co-organised a seminar with the objective to update humanitarian and development practitioners working in/on fragile and crisis-affected countries on recent policy developments, as well as on concepts, principles, approaches, tools and procedures for better addressing fragility and crisis situations with a resilience lens to avoid deterioration and ensure a smoother transition from humanitarian to development.
In juli 2015 waren de diensten van Commissie medeorganisator van een seminar dat tot doel had om humanitaire hulpverleners en ontwikkelingswerkers die werken in/voor fragiele en door crisis getroffen landen bij te scholen in recente beleidsontwikkelingen en concepten, beginselen, benaderingen, instrumenten en procedures voor het beter aanpakken van fragiliteit en crisissituaties vanuit het objectief van weerbaarheid om verslechtering te voorkomen en te zorgen voor een soepeler overgang van humanitaire hulp naar ontwikkeling.

Develop a procedure and a status within the context of common migration policy that covers all aspects (partnership with countries of origin, fair treatment for third-country nationals, management of migratory flows).
Een dergelijke procedure en status opzetten in het kader van een gemeenschappelijk migratiebeleid in al zijn facetten (partnerschap met de landen van herkomst, eerlijke behandeling van de onderdanen van derde landen, beheersing van de migratiestromen).

With a view to implementing the principle of solidarity and fair sharing of responsibility, and taking into account that this Decision constitutes a further policy development in this field, it is appropriate to ensure that the Member States that relocate applicants who are in clear need of international protection from Italy or Greece pursuant to this Decision receive a lump sum for each relocated person which is identical to the lump sum foreseen in Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 516/2014, namely EUR 6 000, and implemented by applying the same procedures.
Met het oog op de toepassing van het beginsel van solidariteit en een billijke verdeling van de verantwoordelijkheden en ermee rekening houdende dat dit besluit een verdere beleidsontwikkeling op dit gebied inhoudt, is het dienstig te bepalen dat lidstaten waarnaar, overeenkomstig dit besluit, vanuit Italië of Griekenland verzoekers die duidelijk internationale bescherming nodig hebben, worden herplaatst, voor elke herplaatste persoon een vast bedrag ontvangen dat gelijk is aan het vaste bedrag waarin in artikel 18 van Verordening (EU) nr. 516/2014, namelijk 6 000 EUR, is voorzien, en dat dat bedrag volgens dezelfde procedure wordt toegekend.

The representatives of the Union in the governing bodies of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development are encouraged to implement this Directive and to publish on its website AML/CFT policies, containing detailed procedures that would give effect to this Directive.
De vertegenwoordigers van de Unie in de bestuursorganen van de Europese Bank voor Wederopbouw en Ontwikkeling worden aangemoedigd deze richtlijn toe te passen en op de website van de bank AML/CFT-gedragslijnen bekend te maken met gedetailleerde procedures die uitvoering geven aan deze richtlijn.

It is necessary to amend Directive 2011/92/EU in order to strengthen the quality of the environmental impact assessment procedure, align that procedure with the principles of smart regulation and enhance coherence and synergies with other Union legislation and policies, as well as strategies and policies developed by Member States in areas of national competence.
Richtlijn 2011/92/EU moet worden gewijzigd om de kwaliteit van de milieueffectbeoordelingsprocedure te verbeteren, de procedure in overeenstemming te brengen met de beginselen van slimme regelgeving en de samenhang en synergieën met de overige wetgeving en beleidsinitiatieven van de Unie, alsmede met de door de lidstaten voor hun bevoegdheidsdomeinen ontwikkelde strategieën en beleidsmaatregelen te versterken.

On this commitment, the report concludes that the EU has not always succeeded in significantly increasing coordination of its development policies or harmonising procedures for implementing assistance.
In verband met deze verbintenis concludeert het verslag dat de EU er nog steeds niet in geslaagd is haar beleidslijnen op ontwikkelingsgebied beter te coördineren of de procedures voor de tenuitvoerlegging van de hulp te harmoniseren.

The objective of the new procedure is to improve the quality and coherence of the policy development process and to increase transparency and communication with Europe's citizens on the expected impact of Europe-wide initiatives and legislation.
Doel van de nieuwe procedure is de kwaliteit en de samenhang van de beleidsontwikkeling te bevorderen en de transparantie en de communicatie met de Europese burger over de verwachte effecten van Europese initiatieven en wetten te verbeteren.
