TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

As regards Directive 2004/36/EC, the Commission should be empowered in particular to adopt measures for the dissemination to interested parties of the information obtained through ramp inspections conducted under the European Community (EC) SAFA Programme, and measures amending the Annexes to the Directive, laying down the elements of technical procedures for the conduct and reporting of SAFA ramp inspections.
Met betrekking tot Richtlijn 2004/36/EG moet de Commissie in het bijzonder de bevoegdheid worden gegeven om maatregelen te nemen voor de verspreiding aan belanghebbende partijen van de informatie die is verkregen via in het kader van het SAFA-programma van de Europese Gemeenschap uitgevoerde platforminspecties, en om maatregelen te nemen tot wijziging van de bijlagen bij de richtlijn, houdende elementen van technische procedures voor het uitvoeren van en de verslaglegging over SAFA-platforminspecties.

It requires the Member States to conduct ramp inspections on third-country aircraft suspected of non-compliance with international safety standards landing at any of its airports open to international air traffic following a harmonised procedure, and to participate to the collection and exchange of information on the ramp inspections carried out.
Deze richtlijn verplicht de lidstaten om luchtvaartuigen uit derde landen die ervan verdacht worden niet aan de internationale veiligheidsnormen te voldoen, volgens een geharmoniseerde procedure aan platforminspecties te onderwerpen wanneer deze luchtvaartuigen op één van hun voor internationaal luchtverkeer openstaande luchthavens landen, en om informatie over de uitgevoerde platforminspecties te verzamelen en uit te wisselen.

‘prioritisation of ramp inspections’ means the dedication of an appropriate portion of the total number of ramp inspections conducted by a Member State on an annual basis, as provided under Article 2 of this Regulation.

De lidstaten moeten platforminspecties uitvoeren van luchtvaartuigen uit derde landen die ervan verdacht worden niet aan de internationale veiligheidsnormen te voldoen wanneer deze luchtvaartuigen landen op één van hun luchthavens die ingevolge een geharmoniseerde procedure zijn opengesteld voor internationaal luchtverkeer, en moeten deelnemen aan de verzameling en uitwisseling van informatie over de uitgevoerde platforminspecties.

4. The ramp inspection shall be performed in accordance with the procedure described in Annex II and using a ramp inspection report form containing at least the items described in the form set out in Annex II. On completion of the ramp inspection, the commander of the aircraft or a representative of the aircraft operator shall be informed of the ramp inspection findings and, if significant defects have been found, the report shall be sent to the operator of the aircraft and to the competent authorities concerned.
4. De platforminspectie wordt uitgevoerd volgens de in bijlage II beschreven procedure, met behulp van een inspectierapportformulier, dat tenminste de punten bevat uit het aan bijlage II gehechte formulier. Na voltooiing van de platforminspectie dienen de bevindingen van de platforminspectie aan de gezagvoerder of een vertegenwoordiger van de exploitant van het luchtvaartuig te worden medegedeeld, en indien er belangrijke gebreken aan het licht zijn getreden, dient het rapport aan de exploitant van het luchtvaartuig en aan de betrokken bevoegde autoriteiten te worden toegezonden.
