In the event of a request for deletion of an IMI file linked to a European Professional Card issued for the purpose of establishment or temporary and occasional provision of services under Article 7(4), the competent authorities of the host Member State concerned shall issue the holder of professional qualifications with evidence attesting to the recognition of his professional qualifications.
In geval van een verzoek tot verwijdering van een IMI-bestand dat is gekoppeld aan een Europese beroepskaart die met het oog op vestiging of de tijdelijke en incidentele verrichting van diensten op grond van artikel 7, lid 4, is afgegeven, verschaffen de bevoegde autoriteiten van de betrokken ontvangende lidstaat de houder van de beroepskwalificaties een attest waaruit blijkt dat zijn beroepskwalificaties worden erkend.

3. The competent authorities of a Member State concerned shall, at the latest within three days from the date of adoption of the court decision, inform the competent authorities of all other Member States, by way of alert via IMI, about the identity of professionals who have applied for the recognition of a qualification under this Directive and who have subsequently been found by courts to have used falsified evidence of professional qualifications in this context.
3. De bevoegde autoriteiten van een betrokken lidstaat stellen de bevoegde autoriteiten van alle andere lidstaten binnen drie dagen nadat de rechtbank het besluit heeft genomen, door middel van een waarschuwing via het IMI in kennis van de identiteit van beroepsbeoefenaren die krachtens deze richtlijn een aanvraag tot erkenning van een kwalificatie hebben ingediend en die daarna in dit verband door een rechtbank schuldig zijn bevonden aan het gebruik van valse opleidingstitels.
