The salient features of the
arrangements to be rolled over are the following: - maximum aid rate 40% of eligible product development costs as defined in Annex II to the Community framework for aid to research and development ( OJ C 83/1986) - ( exception: 50% for projects involved with the development of organic products as defined in Regulation 2092/91 or where the value of the applicant's own work (ineligible for aid under this scheme) represents a substantial part of project costs); - 100% of the aid must be reimbursed upon any commercial exploitation of the results of the development work; - the scheme is primarily aimed at SMEs as

Het totale voorgestelde budget voor de regeling bedraagt : 1994 1995/1996/1997 183 miljoen DKR 210 miljoen DKR per jaar (circa 25 miljoen ecu) (circa 28 miljoen ecu) Hierbij dient te worden aangetekend dat voor deze steunregeling, zoals ook vóór de verlenging het geval was, in deze totale bedragen de inkomsten zijn meegerekend uit de teruggave van steun bij "commerciële exploitatie", welke inkomsten opnieuw in de regeling worden geïnvesteerd.
