Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten (Dutch part) are now overseas countries and territories of the Kingdom of Netherlands.
Bonaire, Sint-Eustatius en Saba, Curaçao en Sint-Maarten (Nederlands deel) zijn nu overzeese landen en gebieden van het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden.

Commission Regulation (EU) No 1106/2012 of 27 November 2012 implementing Regulation (EC) No 471/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Community statistics relating to external trade with non-member countries, as regards the update of the nomenclature of countries and territories deleted Netherlands Antilles from and included Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten (Dutch part) and South Sudan in the version of nomenclature of countries and territories for the external trade statistics of the Union and statistics of trade between Member States which is valid as from 1 January 2013.
Bij Verordening (EU) nr. 1106/2012 van de Commissie van 27 november 2012 tot uitvoering van Verordening (EG) nr. 471/2009 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad betreffende communautaire statistieken van de buitenlandse handel met derde landen, wat de bijwerking van de nomenclatuur van landen en gebieden betreft , werden de Nederlandse Antillen geschrapt uit de vanaf 1 januari 2013 geldende versie van de nomenclatuur van landen en gebieden voor de statistieken van de buitenlandse handel van de Unie en van de handel tussen de lidstaten en werden Bonaire, Sint-Eustatius en Saba, Curaçao, Sint-Maarten (Nederlands deel) en Zuid-Sudan daaraan toegevoegd.

South Sudan, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten (Dutch part) should be included in Column B of Annex I to the GSP Regulation.
Zuid-Sudan, Bonaire, Sint-Eustatius en Saba, Curaçao en Sint-Maarten (Nederlands deel) moeten worden opgenomen in kolom B van bijlage I bij de SAP-verordening.

Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba remain nevertheless included in the list of overseas countries and territories set out in Annex II to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
Bonaire, Sint-Eustatius en Saba blijven echter opgenomen in de lijst van landen en gebieden overzee van bijlage II bij het Verdrag betreffende de werking van de Europese Unie.

On that same date, Curaçao and Sint Maarten gained the status of autonomous countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands, while Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba became special municipalities of the European part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

The competent authorities of the Netherlands have presented the necessary information to the Commission to prove that the sanitary control system in place in Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba provides sufficient guarantees of compliance with Union requirements.

c) onderdanen van derde landen die in het bezit zijn van een geldig visum voor een lidstaat die niet deelneemt aan de vaststelling van deze verordening, Ö of Õ voor een lidstaat die de bepalingen van het Schengenacquis nog niet volledig toepast, ð of voor een land dat partij is bij de Overeenkomst betreffende de Europese Economische Ruimte, ï of voor Canada, Japan of de Verenigde Staten van Amerika, ð of voor houders van een geldig visum voor de Caribische Koninkrijksdelen van Nederland (Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), ï wanneer zij reizen naar het land van afgifte of naar een ander derde land, of wanneer zij op terugreis zijn van het land van afgifte, na gebruik te hebben gemaakt van het visum.

(b) third-country nationals holding a valid residence permit issued by a Member State which does not take part in the adoption of this Regulation or by a Member State which does not yet apply the provisions of the Schengen acquis in full, or third-country nationals holding one of the valid residence permits listed in Annex V IV issued by Andorra, Canada, Japan, San Marino or the United States of America guaranteeing the holder’s unconditional readmission ð , or holding a residence permit for the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba) ï.

The European Communities' Humanitarian Office is also planning to send humanitarian aid to the inhabitants of the Dutch and British dependent territories affected by the hurricane (Sint-Maarten, Seba and Sint-Eustatius and Anguilla, British Virgin Islands and Montserrat).
