Commission Decision 2006/428/EC of 22 June 2006 establishing a common fiscal marker for gas oils and kerosene (2) established the product identified by the scientific name N-ethyl-N-[2-(1-isobutoxyethoxy)ethyl]-4-(phenylazo)aniline (Solvent Yellow 124) as the common fiscal marker provided for by Directive 95/60/EC, for the marking of gas oils and kerosene which have not borne duty at the full rate applicable to such energy products used as propellant.
Bij Beschikking 2006/428/EG van de Commissie van 22 juni 2006 tot vaststelling van een gemeenschappelijke merkstof voor gasolie en kerosine voor fiscale doeleinden (2) is het product met de wetenschappelijke naam N-Ethyl-N-[2-(1-isobutoxyethoxy)ethyl]-4-(fenylazo)aniline (Solvent Yellow 124) aangewezen als de in Richtlijn 95/60/EG bedoelde gemeenschappelijke merkstof voor fiscale doeleinden voor het merken van gasolie en kerosine die niet zijn belast tegen het normale tarief voor dergelijke als motorbrandstof gebruikte energieproducten.

The common fiscal marker provided for by Directive 95/60/EC for the marking of all gas oils falling within CN codes 2710 19 41, 2710 19 45, and 2710 19 49, as well as of kerosene falling within CN code 2710 19 25, shall be Solvent Yellow 124, as specified in the Annex to this Decision.
De in Richtlijn 95/60/EG bedoelde gemeenschappelijke merkstof voor fiscale doeleinden voor het merken van alle soorten gasolie van de GN-codes 2710 19 41, 2710 19 45 en 2710 19 49 en van kerosine van GN-code 2710 19 25 is Solvent Yellow 124 als omschreven in de bijlage bij dit besluit.

The proposal also requires Member States to establish an inventory of energy efficiency data for installations undertaking the combustion of fuels or the refining of mineral oil and gas and sets requirements on priority/guaranteed access to the grid, priority dispatch of electricity from high-efficiency cogeneration and the connection of new industrial plants producing waste heat to district or cooling networks.
Het voorstel verplicht lidstaten er eveneens toe een inventaris op te stellen van energie-efficiëntiegegevens voor alle installaties die brandstof stoken en minerale olie en gas raffineren en het stelt eisen met betrekking tot prioritaire/gewaarborgde toegang tot het net, voorrang voor de distributie van elektriciteit afkomstig van hoogrenderende warmtekrachtkoppeling en de aansluiting van nieuwe fabrieken die afvalwarmte produceren voor netwerken voor stadsverwarming en -koeling.

5. The Commission’s assessment of the first supplementary report shall include an assessment of the energy efficiency levels of existing and new installations undertaking the combustion of fuels with a total rated thermal input of 50 MW or more and installations undertaking the refining of mineral oil and gas, in the light of the relevant best available techniques as developed in accordance with Directive 2010/75/EU and Directive 2008/1/EC.
5. De beoordeling van de Commissie van het eerste aanvullende verslag bevat een beoordeling van het energie-efficiëntieniveau van bestaande en nieuwe installaties die brandstof stoken met een totaal nominaal vermogen van 50 MW of meer en van installaties die minerale olie en gas raffineren met het oog op de relevante best beschikbare technieken welke zijn ontwikkeld in overeenstemming met Richtlijn 2010/75/EU en Richtlijn 2008/1/EG.

Member States shall draw up an inventory of data in accordance with Annex X for all installations undertaking the combustion of fuels with total rated thermal input of 50 MW or more and installations undertaking the refining of mineral oil and gas within their territory.
