4. Rightholders shall have the right to terminate the authorisation to manage rights, categories of rights or types of works and other subject-matter granted by them to a collective management organisation or to withdraw from a collective management organisation any of the rights, categories of rights or types of works and other subject-matter of their choice, as determined pursuant to paragraph 2, for the territories of their choice, upon serving reasonable notice not exceeding six months.
4. Rechthebbenden hebben het recht om de door hen ingevolge lid 2 collectieve beheersorganisatie verleende machtiging voor het beheer van rechten, categorieën van rechten of soorten werk en andere materie te beëindigen, of uit een collectieve beheersorganisatie elk van de rechten, categorieën van rechten of soorten werk en andere materie van hun keuze, zoals bepaald krachtens lid 2, terug te trekken voor de grondgebieden van hun keuze, met inachtneming van een redelijke opzegtermijn van ten hoogste zes maanden.
