a series of consecutive transfers from or to the same financial or credit institutions within the scope of Article 30(1)(a) to (d) or from or to the same Iranian person, entity or body which are made in connection with a single obligation to a transfer of funds, where each individual transfer falls below the relevant threshold set out in Articles 30 and 30a but which, in the aggregate, meet the criteria for notification or authorisation; or
een reeks van opeenvolgende overmakingen van of aan dezelfde financiele of kredietinstelling als bedoeld in artikel 30, lid 1, onder a) tot en met d), of aan of door een Iraanse persoon of entiteit of hetzelfde Iraanse lichaam, die betrekking hebben op één enkele verplichting tot geldovermaking, en waarbij elke afzonderlijke overmaking onder de betrokken drempel als bedoeld in de artikelen 30 en 30 bis blijft, maar deze overmakingen bij elkaar opgeteld wel aan de criteria voor kennisgeving of toestemming voldoen; of
