The register of the company shall, through the system of interconnection of central, commercial and companies registers, make available, without delay, the information on the opening and termination of any winding-up or insolvency proceedings of the company and on the striking off of the company from the register if this entails legal consequences in the Member State of that register.

(7) Insolvency proceedings relating to the winding-up of insolvent companies or other legal persons, judicial arrangements, compositions and analogous proceedings are excluded from the scope of the 1968 Brussels Convention on Jurisdiction and the Enforcement of Judgments in Civil and Commercial Matters(3), as amended by the Conventions on Accession to this Convention(4).
