(2) Sans préjudice du principe général défini à l’article 3, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) n° 853/2004, en vertu duquel les exploitations du secteur alimentaire n’utilisent, lorsque les critères d’hygiène l’exigent, aucune substance autre que l’eau potable, des dispositions autorisant l’utilisation d’eau propre pour la manipulation des poissons sont arrêtées à l’annexe I, partie A, et à l’annexe II, chapitre VII, du règlement (CE) n° 852/2004 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 29 avril 2004 relatif à l’hygiène des denrées alimentaires, ainsi qu’à l’annexe III, section VIIII, chapitre I, partie II et chapitres III et IV, du règlement (CE) n° 853/2004, notamment en ce qui concerne la manipulation des produits de la pêche à bord des navires.
(2) Niettegenstaande het algemene beginsel van artikel 3, lid 2, van Verordening (EG) nr. 853/2004 dat exploitanten van levensmiddelenbedrijven – indien de hygiëne dit vereist – geen andere stoffen dan drinkwater mogen gebruiken, bevatten deel A van bijlage I en hoofdstuk VII van bijlage II bij Verordening (EG) nr. 852/2004 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 29 april 2004 inzake levensmiddelenhygiëne en deel II van hoofdstuk I en de hoofdstukken III en IV van sectie VIII van bijlage III bij Verordening (EG) nr. 853/2004 bepalingen die het gebruik van schoon water voor het hanteren van vis toestaan, met name voor de hantering van visserijproducten aan boord van vaartuigen.
