L’administration, à des chiens pesant de 7,6 kg à 11,4 kg, de la dose recommandée (4 gouttes par oreille) 5 fois par jour pendant 21 jours provoque une légère diminution de la réponse en cortisol sérique après administration d’hormone corticotrope (ACTH) lors d’un test de stimulation à l’ACTH.
