Cette diminution significative est expliquée principalement par : La diminution du nombre de plaintes liées à notre manque de communication suite à l'augmentation de la cotisation assurance complémentaire pour les ménages de deux titulaires. En 2011, nous avons enregistré 64 plaintes fondées pour ce motif, contre 13 en 2012.

Les grands principes sont : m le paiement de l'assurance complémentaire est devenu obligatoire ; m la prescription prévue pour le paiement de l'assurance complémentaire est de 5 ans à compter du mois auquel se rapporte la cotisation ; m le stage est de 6 mois (celui-ci peut être réduit ou annulé si le bénéficiaire jouissait déjà des droits à un service similaire avant son affiliation) ; m le membre a 24 mois pour régulariser ses cotisations ; m le non-paiement pendant une période de 24 mois consécutifs ou non, entraîne l'exclusion de l'assurance complémentaire.
