TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Les effets indésirables graves les plus importants identifiés dans les essais RCC ou STS et rapportés chez < 1 % des patients traités étaient : accident ischémique transitoire, accident vasculaire cérébral ischémique, ischémie myocardique, infarctus du myocarde et infarctus cérébral, troubles de la fonction cardiaque, perforation et fistule gastro-intestinales, allongement de l’intervalle QT et hémorragies pulmonaires, gastro-intestinales et cérébrales.
De belangrijkste ernstige bijwerkingen vastgesteld in de RCC- en STS-onderzoeken, waren TIA, ischemische beroerte, myocardischemie, myocard- en herseninfarct, hartdisfunctie, maagdarmperforatie en -fistels, QT-verlenging en pulmonale, gastro-intestinale en cerebrale bloedingen. Alle bijwerkingen zijn gemeld bij < 1% van de behandelde patiënten.

Le doublement du volume des hormones anti-croissance (H01CB) pour les patients ambulatoires et délivrés dans les officines publiques n'a probablement aucun rapport avec le doublement des fistules gastro-intestinales qui ont été soignées à domicile ou avec les syndromes gastro-endocriniens ou autres syndromes endocriniens plus rares tels que l'acromégalie; la diarrhée chez les patients atteints du sida et dont l'indication figure au Chapitre IV en est probablement l'explication.

Une progression remarquable (de la place 43 à la place 6) est celle du cytostatique Imatinib, qui est utilisé dans le traitement de la leucémie myéloïde chronique et de tumeurs stromales gastro-intestinales.
Zoals in de vorige jaren blijven de selectieve immunosuppressiva op de eerste plaats staan wat betreft het brutobedrag. Een opmerkelijke stijger (van 43 tot 6) is het cytostaticum imatinib, dat gebruikt wordt bij chronische myeloïde leukemie en gastro-intestinale stromatumoren.
