Préparation pour l'administration intraveineuse Avant l’administration, il faut diluer Paclitaxin dans des conditions d’asepsie, au moyen d’une solution pour perfusion de NaCl 9 mg/ml (0,9 %) ou d’une solution pour perfusion de glucose 50 mg/ml (5 %) ou d’un mélange de solutions pour perfusion de NaCl 9 mg/ml (0,9 %) et de glucose 50 mg/ml (5 %), ou d’une solution pour perfusion de Ringer contenant du glucose 50 mg/ml (5 %), afin d’obtenir une concentration finale comprise entre 0,3 et 1,2 mg/ml.
