Un traitement concomitant avec des inhibiteurs modérés du CYP3A4 (par exemple aprépitant, érythromycine, fluconazole, vérapamil, jus de pamplemousse) ne doit être administré avec prudence que chez les patients recevant 25 mg, et doit être évité chez les patients recevant des doses de temsirolimus supérieures à 25 mg (voir rubrique 4.5). Des traitements alternatifs avec des agents sans potentiel d'inhibition du CYP3A4 devront être envisagés (voir rubrique 4.5).
Gelijktijdige behandeling met matige CYP3A4-remmers, (bijv. aprepitant, erythromycine, fluconazol, verapamil, grapefruitsap) dient alleen met voorzichtigheid te worden toegediend bij patiënten die 25 mg krijgen en dient te worden vermeden bij patiënten die temsirolimus-doses hoger dan 25 mg krijgen (zie rubriek 4.5). Alternatieve behandelingen die geen CYP3A4 remmend potentieel hebben dienen te worden overwogen (zie rubriek 4.5).

L’utilisation de fluconazole en association avec d’autres agents métabolisés par le système du cytochrome P450 peut s’accompagner d’élévations des taux sériques de ces médicaments.
