Une nouvelle rubrique concerne le “Fonds pour l’avenir des soins de santé” (Fonds d’avenir) créé en application de l’article 114 de la loi-programme du 22 décembre 2008.
Een nieuwe rubriek betreft het “Fonds voor de toekomst van de geneeskundige verzorging” (Toekomstfonds), opgericht in toepassing van artikel 114 van de programmawet van 22 december 2008.

La rubrique “reste” comprend les prestations suivantes : dialyse, fin de carrière, fonds spécial de solidarité, logopédie, autres frais de séjour et frais de déplacements, régularisation et refacturation, patients chroniques, soins palliatifs (patient), matériel corporel humain, soutiens aux soins multidisciplinaires de 1 re ligne, équipes multidisciplinaires voiturettes, sevrage tabac, circuit de soins psychiatriques, montant prévisionnel accord social, provision de stabilité, fonds toxicomanie, montant de rattrapage hôpitaux, patients chroniques extra, maisons médicales, lits “grandes dépendances”, prestations inconfortables autres secteurs, Fonds d’avenir et divers (expertise loi santé, budget ICT implants, eHealth, compromis biologie clinique, financement syndicats médicaux, avortements médicamenteux, plan cancer, transfert indemnités, projet Vinca infirmières, prime d’informatique unique infirmières, projet aides-soignantes accompagnement (art.56), centres de jour palliatifs (art. 56) et Impulseo I + II + III), MS/ALS/Huntington, trajets de soins (exceptés médecins) insuffisance rénale et diabètes, maladies rares, accord social, solidarisation chapitre IV hors indications, correction technique, fonds d’indemnisation, partie du budget des moyens financiers (BMF) et compensation dépenses hors objectif budgétaire.

Dans le cadre de la norme de croissance légale existante, toujours de 4,5%, le gouvernement a décidé de fi xer un pourcentage qui sera versé au fonds d’avenir pour les soins de santé (1).

Le boni fi nalement épuré (après alimentation du Fonds d’avenir et neutralisation des montants de rattrapage pour les hôpitaux et les projets non fi nancés) s’élève à 93 millions d’euros.
Het uiteindelijk verfi jnde bon (na spijziging van het Toekomstfonds, de neutralisatie van de inhaalbedragen voor de ziekenhuizen en de niet gefi nancierde projecten) bedraagt nog slechts 93 miljoen euro.
