TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Efient, en association avec l'acide acétylsalicylique (AAS), est indiqué dans la prévention des événements athérothrombotiques chez les patients avec un syndrome coronaire aigu (c'est-à-dire angor instable, infarctus du myocarde sans sus-décalage du segment ST [AI/NSTEMI] ou infarctus du myocarde avec sus-décalage du segment ST [STEMI]) traités par une intervention coronaire percutanée (ICP) primaire ou retardée.
Efient, gelijktijdig toegediend met acetylsalicylzuur (ASA), is geïndiceerd voor de preventie van atherotrombotische complicaties bij patiënten met acuut coronair syndroom (d.w.z. instabiele angina pectoris [UA], myocardinfarct zonder ST-elevatie [NSTEMI] of myocardinfarct met ST-elevatie [STEMI]) die primaire of uitgestelde percutane coronaire interventie (PCI) ondergaan.

L’association prasugrel + acide acétylsalicylique a été significativement plus efficace au niveau du risque d’infarctus du myocarde non fatal (7,4% versus 9,7%) et de thrombose de stent (1,1% versus 2,4%); le bénéfice semblait plus grand chez les patients diabétiques et chez les patients présentant un infarctus du myocarde avec sus-décalage du segment ST. Aucune différence significative entre les deux associations n’a été démontrée en ce qui concerne la mortalité globale et le risque d’accident vasculaire cérébral non fatal.

Traitements associés: Un traitement adjuvant antithrombotique est recommandé conformément aux recommandations internationales actuelles concernant la prise en charge des patients présentant un infarctus du myocarde avec sus-décalage du segment ST. Un traitement par l’acide acétylsalicylique doit être instaurée dès que possible après l’apparition des symptômes et poursuivi au long cours, sauf s’il est contre-indiqué.
Aanvullende therapie: Ondersteunende antitrombotische therapie volgens de huidige internationale richtlijnen voor de behandeling van patiënten met een myocardinfarct met ST-elevatie wordt aangeraden. Acetylsalicylzuur dient zo spoedig mogelijk na het optreden van de symptomen te worden gegeven. Deze behandeling moet levenslang voortgezet worden tenzij ze gecontra-indiceerd is.

Preventie van arteriële trombo-embolische voorvallen, in associatie met acetylsalicylzuur, dit bij patiënten met acuut coronair syndroom (instabiele angor, myocardinfarct met of zonder ST-segmentstijging) die medicamenteus worden behandeld of percutane coronaire angioplastie of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) hebben ondergaan.

Dans la prise en charge des syndromes coronariens aigus (angor instable, infarctus du myocarde avec ou sans élévation du segment ST), et lors d’une angioplastie coronaire avec mise en place d’un stent, le clopidogrel est également recommandé en association à l’acide acétylsalicylique.
