Wanneer de Dienst vaststelt dat voor een centrum meer dan 20% van de dossiers van haar patiënten die meer dan twee jaar geleden ingeplant zijn, niet bijgewerkt werden door zijn tussentijdse follow-up of/en afgesloten werden naar aanleiding van een event, wordt het centrum in kwestie verwittigd dat de terugbetaling van het materiaal geschorst wordt totdat het centrum de ontbrekende follow-up aanvult.
