3.3 Problématique La vitrification (principalement utilisée pour les ovocytes et les embryons) est une technique spéciale de congélation où l’on peut travailler dans des systèmes ouverts (open pulled straw, Cryoloop, Cryotop, Electron Microscope grid) ou dans des systèmes fermés plus récents (High security vitrification – (HSV) straws, Cryo-Tip TM , Cryopette TM , Rapid VITi TM ).
3.3 Probleemstelling Vitrificatie (vooral gebruikt voor eicellen en embryo's) is een speciale invriestechniek waarbij kan worden gewerkt in open systemen (open pulled straw, cryoloop, Cryotop, Electron Microscope grid) of in de nieuwere gesloten systemen (HSV straws, Cryo-Tip, Cryopette, Rapid VITI).
