L’effet antidépresseur du bupropion a été étudié dans le cadre d’un programme clinique rassemblant 1155 patients sous WELLBUTRIN XR et 1868 sous WELLBUTRIN SR, ces sujets étant atteint d’un Trouble Dépressif Majeur (TDM).
De antidepressieve werking van bupropion werd onderzocht in een programma van klinische studies waarbij in totaal 1155 patiënten WELLBUTRIN XR kregen en 1868 patiënten WELLBUTRIN SR kregen voor Majeure Depressie (MDD).
