Lorsque le Service des soins de santé constate que, pour un centre, plus de 20 % des follow-up de ses patients sont manquants ou incomplets pour une période de 1 an, le centre en question en est informé et le remboursement du matériel est suspendu jusqu’à ce que ce centre complète les follow-up manquants.
