Traitement de l’infarctus aigu du myocarde avec élévation du segment ST (STEMI : ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction) chez les patients éligibles ou non à une intervention coronarienne percutanée (PCI).
Behandeling van acuut myocard infarct met een ST-segment elevatie (STEMI: STsegment Elevation Myocardial Infarction) bij patiënten die vervolgens al dan niet een percutane coronaire interventie (PCI) ondergaan.

Injection sous-cutanée L’énoxaparine est administrée par vois sous-cutanée dans la prévention de la maladie thrombo- embolique veineuse, le traitement de la thrombose veineuse profonde avec ou sans embolie pulmonaire, le traitement de l’angor instable et de l’infarctus sans onde Q, en association avec l’acide acétylsalisylique, le traitement de l’infarctus aigu du myocarde avec élévation du segment ST (STEMI : ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction).
Subcutane injectie Enoxaparine wordt subcutaan (SC) toegediend bij de preventie van veneuze trombo-embolie, bij de behandeling van diepe veneuze trombose met of zonder longembolie, bij de behandeling van onstabiele angor en non-Q-wave infarct, in associatie met acetylsalicylzuur, bij behandeling van acuut myocard infarct met een ST-segment elevatie (STEMI: STsegment elevation myocardial infarction).

Traitement de l’infarctus aigu du myocarde avec élévation du segment ST (STEMI) Le traitement recommandé est initié avec une injection IV d’un bolus de 30 mg suivie immédiatement d’une injection sous cutanée de 1 mg/kg ; ensuite on fera une injection sous cutanée de 1 mg/kg toutes les 12 heures (maximum 100 mg pour chacune des deux premières doses SC, suivies de doses SC de 1 mg/kg).
