Un traitement antiagrégant par l’acide acétylsalicylique (avec une première dose de 160 à 300 mg sous forme d’une préparation à libération rapide) est recommandé chez tout patient présentant une suspicion de syndrome coronarien aigu, pour autant qu’il n’y ait pas de contre-indication (par ex. une hypersensibilité connue, un ulcère gastro-intestinal évolutif).
Een anti-aggregerende behandeling met acetylsalicylzuur (met een eerste dosis van 160 à 300 mg onder vorm van een preparaat met snelle vrijstelling) is aanbevolen bij elke patiënt bij wie een acuut coronair syndroom vermoed wordt, voor zover er geen contra-indicatie bestaat (b.v. gekende overgevoeligheid, evolutief gastro-intestinaal ulcus).

Les antagonistes des récepteurs de la glycoprotéine IIb/IIIa à usage intraveineux, tels l’abciximab, l’eptifibatide et le tirofiban, sont indiqués, toujours en association avec l’acide acétylsalicylique et l’héparine dans l’angioplastie et/ou dans les syndromes coronariens aigus en cas de réponse insuffisante au traitement conventionnel [voir aussi Folia de septembre 2000 ].
De glycoproteïne IIb/IIIa-receptorantagonisten voor intraveneus gebruik zoals abciximab, eptifibatide en tirofiban zijn, steeds in associatie met acetylsalicylzuur en heparine, aangewezen bij angioplastie en/of acute coronaire syndromen wanneer de standaardbehandeling onvoldoende doeltreffend is [zie ook Folia september 2000 ].
