Pharmacocinétique chez des patients atteints de GIST Chez des patients atteints de GIST, l’exposition à l’état d’équilibre était 1,5 fois supérieure à celle observée à la même dose (400 mg/jour) chez des patients atteints de LMC. Sur la base d’une analyse préliminaire de pharmacocinétique de population de patients atteints de GIST, on a identifié 3 variables (albumine, taux de globules blancs et bilirubine) qui présentaient une relation statistiquement significative avec la pharmacocinétique de l’imatinib.
