La baie de Goji contient également 21 oligoéléments (dont notamment zinc, fer, cuivre, magnésium, sélénium, phosphore), du bétacarotène (antioxydant naturel), 18 acides aminés (dont 8 acides aminés essentiels qui doivent être apportés par l’alimentation car non synthétisables par l’organisme, comme le tryptophane ou l’isoleucine) et de nombreux polysaccharides.
