Mon cabinet a, par la suite repris le projet et l'a retravaillé pour aboutir à l'arrêté royal du 25 avril 1997 portant exécution de l'article 36 de la loi du 16 février 1994 régissant le contrat d'organisation de voyages et le contrat d'intermédiaire de voyages. b) Un large débat préalable a été organisé, dans une première phase avec les autorités fédérées compétentes et le secteur et, dans une deuxième phase, avec les seules autorités fédérées puisque le contenu de la garantie n'était plus en cause. c) Il appert que, pour la préparation des textes par le cabinet de mon prédécesseur, les organisations suivantes ont été consultées: ABTO (Association of Belgian touroperators), FTI (Federatie van de toeristische industrie), UPAV (Union professionnelle des agences de voyages), FBAA (Federatie van Belgische autobus- en autocarondernemers) en VVR (Vereniging Vlaamse reisbureaus).
