En outre, il a été convenu de coopérer avec les douanes sur une étude concernant les informations préalables relatives aux marchandises transportées (Pre-loading consignment information for secure entry, ou PRECISE) couvrant les transitaires et les transporteurs aériens traditionnels qui se livrent à des opérations de fret, sur la base d'un modèle mis au point avec le secteur du courrier express.
Bovendien werd overeengekomen met de douaneautoriteiten samen te werken aan een studie over zogenaamde "voorafgaande vrachtinformatie (PRECISE)"; deze studie heeft betrekking op expediteurs en traditionele luchtvaartmaatschappijen met vrachtactiviteiten en is gebaseerd op een model dat samen met de koerierdienstensector is ontwikkeld.
