Lors du Forum économique mondial de Davos, vous aviez annoncé, conjointement avec le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR), que la Belgique allait contribuer à la mise en oeuvre du tout premier Humanitarian Impact Bond (HIB).
Op het World Economic Forum in Davos heeft u samen met het Internationaal Comité van het Rode Kruis (ICRC) aangekondigd dat België zijn bijdrage zal leveren aan de allereerste Humanitarian Impact Bond (HIB).
