Le technicien qui en application de l'arrêté de l'arrêté royal du 6 janvier 1978 tendant à prévenir la pollution atmosphérique lors du chauffage de bâtiments à l'aide de combustibles solides ou liquides, a été agréé en tant que technicien compétent, est, en ce qui concerne l'application du présent arrêté, agréé en tant que technicien en combustibles liquides jusqu'à l'expiration ou retrait de son agrément, sauf pour l'exécution d'un audit de chauffage, tel que visé à l'article 9, § 2, 1°.
De technicus die met toepassing van het koninklijk besluit van 6 januari 1978 tot voorkoming van luchtverontreiniging bij het verwarmen van gebouwen met vaste of vloeibare brandstof werd erkend als bevoegde technicus, is, voor de toepassing van dit besluit, erkend als technicus vloeibare brandstof tot uitdoving of intrekking van zijn erkenning, behalve voor het uitvoeren van de verwarmingsaudit, bedoeld in artikel 9, § 2, 1°.
