Les orientations sur l’évaluation ex ante élaborées par la Commission ont rappelé aux États membres leurs obligations au titre de la directive ESIE et indiqué comment l’ESIE pourrait compléter l’évaluation ex ante (voir le point 6 ci-après)[14].
De lidstaten zijn aan hun verplichtingen met betrekking tot de SMB-richtlijn herinnerd in richtsnoeren[14] van de Commissie over de evaluatie vooraf, waarin ook werd aangegeven hoe SMB een aanvulling zou kunnen vormen op de evaluatie vooraf (deze kwestie wordt besproken in deel 6).
