L'utilisation des systèmes des pays a été décidée par la Banque mondiale, qui entend soumettre ces systèmes à une évaluation préalable à toute décision ainsi que recommander des actions supplémentaires qui seraient enregistrées dans le " Environmental Social Commitment Plan ".
Het gebruik van nationale systemen wordt beslist door de Wereldbank en die zal deze systemen steeds aan een onderzoek onderwerpen vooraleer een beslissing te nemen en bovendien een aantal bijkomende acties aanbevelen die in het Environmental Social Commitment Plan worden opgenomen.
