Les programmes spécifiques «Idées», «Coopération» et «Capacités» font exception. Bien qu’une modification supplémentaire ait été apportée à la recherche sur les cellules souches, l’avis adopté à cet égard par notre Assemblée en 2006 et sur lequel le compromis suivant a été trouvé reste intact:
