La COSAC accueille favorablement le résultat du test de subsidiarité coordonné sur la Proposition de la Commission européenne en vue du règlement du Parlement européen et du Conseil relatif à la compétence, la loi applicable et la reconnaissance mutuelle et l'exécution des décisions et des actes authentiques en matière de succession et à la création d'un certificat successoral européen.
COSAC welcomes the result of the coordinated subsidiarity check on the European Commission Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of decisions and authentic instruments in matters of succession and the creation of a European Certificate of Succession.
