F. drawing attention to the many recent and less recent criticisms levelled against Turkey by the Council of Europe and by the judgements of the European Court of Human Rights, and to the reports of the Turkish Human Rights Association and Human Rights Foundation on the current human rights situation in Turkey;
F. erop wijzend dat in het recente en minder recente verleden heel wat kritiek is geuit op Turkije door de Raad van Europa en in de arresten van het Europees Hof voor de Rechten van de mens, en wijzend op de verslagen van de Turkse Vereniging voor de mensenrechten en de Turkse Stichting voor de mensenrechten over de huidige situatie van de mensenrechten in Turkije,
