En juillet 2008, un comité d’experts de la société dentaire américaine (American Dental Association), après avoir réalisé une étude approfondie de toutes les données existantes, ont une nouvelle fois formulé leur position comme suit : « .. that the current evidence does not support a link between dental amalgam and systemic diseases or risks to children, pregnant women or developing fetuses ».
In juli 2008 heeft een commissie van experten van de American Dental Association, na grondig onderzoek van alle bestaande gegevens, haar standpunt opnieuw als volgt geformuleerd “ .. that the current evidence does not support a link between dental amalgam and systemic diseases or risks to children, pregnant women or developing fetuses”.
