La valeur ajoutée européenne ne s’arrête pas au seul financement de ces productions artistiques: elle réside aussi dans la présentation de la vie et de la culture européenne à un large public international, rendue possible par la diffusion de films européens dans ses frontières et au-delà.
De toegevoegde waarde van de EU is niet alleen de financiering van deze artistieke producties, maar ook de bekendmaking van de Europese cultuur en manier van leven bij een breed internationaal publiek door Europese films binnen en buiten Europa beschikbaar te maken.

Dans ce cadre des projets artistiques et culturels spécifiques répondant à un haut degré d'exigence professionnelle, artistiques, culturelle et technique, sont développés de manière concertées par les trois institutions et notamment : 1° l'organisation, en collaboration avec le TRM et l'ONB, dès la saison 2017/2018, d'un concert annuel mettant en valeur les musiciens des deux Orchestres; 2° la conception et la mise en oeuvre, dès la saison 2017/2018, d'une offre thématique commune incluant un programme de médiation spécifique; 3° l'organisation d'un parcours éducatif commun dès la saison 2017/2018; 4° l'accueil en résidence d'un artiste contemporain dès la saison 2018/2019.
In dat kader ontwikkelen de drie instellingen in dat domein, in overleg specifieke artistieke en culturele projecten, met name : 1° de organisatie, samen met de KMS en het NOB, vanaf het seizoen 2017/2018, van een jaarlijks concert waarin de muzikanten van de beide orkesten hun kwaliteiten kunnen tonen; 2° het ontwerpen en uitvoeren, vanaf het seizoen 2017/2018, van een gemeenschappelijk thematisch aanbod dat een programma met een specifieke publiekswerking omvat; 3° de organisatie van een gezamenlijk educatief traject, vanaf het seizoen 2017/2018; 4° de aanstelling van een hedendaags artiest in residentie vanaf seizoen 2018/2019.

Outre les conditions de subvention, visées à l'article 51, la condition de subvention suivante s'applique au bénéficiaire d'une bourse, d'une allocation de résidence et d'une intervention pour des moments de présentation publics à l'étranger, en vue du contrôle de l'efficacité : l'explication de la façon dont la bourse, l'allocation de résidence ou l'intervention pour des moments de présentation publics à l'étranger a contribué au développement professionnel et artistique de l'artiste».
Bijkomend aan de subsidievoorwaarden, vermeld in artikel 51, geldt voor een ontvanger van een beurs, een residentietoelage en een tussenkomst voor een buitenlands publiek presentatiemoment de volgende subsidievoorwaarde in functie van het doelmatigheidstoezicht: toelichten op welke wijze de beurs, de residentietoelage of de tussenkomst voor het buitenlandse publieke presentatiemoment heeft bijgedragen tot de professionele artistieke ontwikkeling van de kunstenaar" .
