IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Article 1. Un montant de vingtcinq mille euros (25.000 euros) à imputer à charge du crédit inscrit à l'article FQ-540-100 du budget de l'Agence fédérale pour la Sécurité de la Chaîne alimentaire - Fonds des matières premières pour l'année budgétaire 2017 est alloué au Traffic International à titre de contribution de l'autorité fédérale belge pour l'année 2017 aux fins d'assurer la maintenance et le développement du projet AFRICA-TWIX.
Artikel 1. Een bedrag van vijventwintigduizend euro (25.000 euro) aan te rekenen op het krediet voorzien in artikel FQ-540-100 van de begroting van het Federaal Agentschap voor de Veiligheid van de Voedselketen - Grondstoffenfonds voor het begrotingsjaar 2017, wordt toegekend aan Traffic International als bijdrage van de Belgische federale overheid voor het jaar 2017 om het beheer en de ontwikkeling van AFRICA-TWIX project te verzekeren.

Considérant qu'il est important que la Belgique, comme dans le passé avec le projet EU-TWIX, contribue financièrement à la maintenance et au développement du projet créé à cet effet, à savoir la composante africaine du projet susmentionné, à savoir le projet AFRICA-TWIX;
Overwegende dat het belangrijk is dat België, zoals in het verleden bij het EU-TWIX project, financieel steun geeft in het beheer en de ontwikkeling van het hiertoe gecreëerd project, het Afrikaanse luik van het hierboven vermelde project, met name het AFRICA-TWIX project;

Considérant que madame Assita Kanko titulaire d'une maitrise en sciences commerciales et d'une maitrise en politique internationale, est membre du conseil d'administration de la Coopération technique belge depuis octobre 2013 ; est conseillère indépendante de l'ONG Women Political Leaders et ancienne présidente de l'association Friends of Africa, et dispose ainsi d'une grande connaissance de la coopération internationale ; est commercial finance manager au Groupe BIO et ancienne responsable du budget du Steering Center Credit Risk Solutions de la banque BNP Paribas, et dispose ainsi d'une grande connaissance en matière de gestion ;
Overwegende dat Assita Kanko, houdster van een master in de handelswetenschappen en van een master in de internationale politiek, sinds oktober 2013 lid is van de raad van bestuur van de Belgische Technische Coöperatie; onafhankelijk adviseur is van de NGO Women Political Leaders en gewezen voorzitster van de vereniging Friends of Africa, en bijgevolg over een grote kennis beschikt van de internationale samenwerking; commercial finance manager is bij de BIA Groep en gewezen verantwoordelijke voor het budget van het Steering Center Credit Risk Solutions van de bank BNP Paribas en bijgevolg over een grote kennis inzake beheer;

8. a) Le 19 février 2016, à la demande de la South African Poultry Association (SAPA), l'Afrique du Sud a initié une procédure au titre de la clause de sauvegarde pour les produits agricoles telle que prévue dans l'accord bilatéral entre l'UE et l'Afrique du Sud (Agreement on Trade, Development and Cooperation between the EU and the Republic of South Africa, TDCA).
8. a) Op 19 februari 2016 initieerde Zuid-Afrika op vraag van de South African Poultry Association (SAPA), een procedure onder de vrijwaringsclausule voor landbouwproducten van het bilaterale Akkoord tussen de EU en Zuid-Afrika (Agreement on Trade, Development and Cooperation between the EU and the Republic of South Africa, TDCA).
