TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Par arrêté royal du 7 décembre 1999 est accordé l'agrément à l'entreprise « European Mutual Association for Nuclear Insurance », en abrégé : « EMANI » (code administratif n° 0921), association d'assurances mutuelles, dont le siège est situé rue de la Fusée 100, bte 15, à 1130 Bruxelles, pour pratiquer la branche « R.C. générale » (branche 13).
Bij koninklijk besluit van 7 december 1999 wordt aan de onderneming « European Mutual Association for Nuclear Insurance », in het kort : « EMANI » (administratief codenummer 0921), onderlinge verzekeringsmaatschappij, waarvan de zetel is gevestigd Raketstraat 100, bus 15, te 1130 Brussel, de toelating verleend om de tak « Algemene B.A» (tak 13) te beoefenen.

Par ailleurs, la Commission a organisé les 24 et 25 mars 2004 à Bruxelles, en coopération avec l'Association européenne de la mutualité (« European Association of Mutualities »), une conférence consacrée à l'impact des tests génétiques sur le système d'assurance santé, intitulée "New genetic applications and access to healthcare" (nouvelles applications génétiques et accès aux soins de santé).
Voorts heeft de Commissie in samenwerking met de Europese vereniging van ziekteverzekeringsmaatschappijen op 24 en 25 maart 2004 in Brussel een conferentie over de gevolgen van genetische tests voor het ziekteverzekeringssysteem georganiseerd onder de titel "New genetic applications and access to healthcare".
