La fonction de commissaire du Gouvernement flamand auprès des instituts supérieurs est incompatible avec toute fonction ou tout mandat de direction auprès d'une université, d'un institut supérieur, d'une association, d'un institut supérieur de beaux-arts, d'une institution organisant d'excellentes formations artistiques, d'un institut d'enseignement postinitial ou d'une asbl pour la gestion des structures sociales au sein de la Communauté flamande.
Het ambt van commissaris van de Vlaamse Regering bij de hogescholen is onverenigbaar met elk ambt of bestuursmandaat in een universiteit, hogeschool, associatie, hogere instituut voor schone kunsten, instelling voor excellente kunstopleidingen, instelling voor postinitieel onderwijs of vzw voor het beheer van de sociale voorzieningen binnen de Vlaamse Gemeenschap.
