[15] Les «biofuel mandates», obligations en vertu desquelles chaque litre de carburant vendu doit contenir un pourcentage déterminé de biocarburant, sont un régime incompatible avec la directive de l'UE sur la qualité des carburants (directive 2003/17/CE modifiant la directive 98/70/CE concernant la qualité de l'essence et des carburants diesel - JO L 76 du 22.3.2003, p. 10).

Mme Zrihen dépose l'amendement nº 18 visant à insérer dans les considérants un point H (nouveau) renvoyant à l'étude IEEP 2010 de C. Bowyer intitulée « Anticipated Indirect Land Use Change Associated with Expanded Use of Biofuels and Bioliquids in the EU — An Analysis of the National Renewable Energy Action Plans ».
Mevrouw Zrihen dient het amendement nr. 18 in dat ertoe strekt een nieuw punt H in de considerans toe te voegen dat verwijst naar de IEEP-studie 2010 van C. Bowyer « Anticipated Indirect Land Use Change Associated with Expanded Use of Biofuels and Bioliquids in the EU — An Analysis of the National Renewable Energy Action Plans ».

Les formulaires dûment complétés sont envoyés de préférence à l'adresse électronique E2.biofuels@economie.fgov.be ou par courrier à la Direction Générale de l'Energie au plus tard le dernier jour ouvrable du mois qui suit chaque trimestre.
De naar behoren ingevulde formulieren worden bij voorkeur verzonden naar het elektronisch adres E2.biofuels@economie.fgov.be of per post naar de Algemene Directie Energie uiterlijk op de laatste werkdag van de maand die volgt op elk kwartaal.

En ce qui concerne les régimes «Biodiesel PACE» et «Biofuels PACE», les pouvoirs publics du Dakota du Nord apportent une contribution financière, puisqu’ils effectuent des versements auprès d’un mécanisme de financement (le «Biodiesel partnership in assisting community expansion fund» ou le «Biofuels partnership in assisting community expansion fund»).
Zowel bij het biodiesel-PACE als bij het biobrandstoffen-PACE is er sprake van een financiële bijdrage door de overheid van de staat North Dakota, aangezien deze geld stort in een financieringsmechanisme (het biodieselpartnerschapsfonds resp. het biobrandstoffenpartnerschapsfonds ter ondersteuning van de economische groei van plaatselijke gemeenschappen).
