La Commission a inséré ce qui suit en préambule à sa proposition: "On 22 July 2015 the rapporteur Member State indicated its intention to submit a dossier concerning the harmonised classification of glyphosate under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, in accordance with Article 37 of that Regulation, including for the hazard class on carcinogenicity.
