K. considérant que, d'après le rapport de l'organisation Human Rights Watch intitulé "All You Can Do is Pray: Crimes Against Humanity and Ethnic Cleansing of Rohingya Muslims in Burma's Rakhine State", publié le 22 avril 2013, les violences perpétrées, l'année dernière, à l'encontre des musulmans Rohingyas, auxquelles des agences de l'État auraient été associées, ne constituent rien d'autre que des crimes contre l'humanité et du nettoyage ethnique; considérant que ce rapport avance également des preuves attestant de l'existence de quatre charniers datant de 2012 dans l'État de Rakhine;
K. overwegende dat volgens het rapport van 22 april 2013 van Human Rights Watch getiteld "All You Can Do is Pray: Crimes Against Humanity and Ethnic Cleansing of Rohingya Muslims in Burma’s Arakan State", de misdaden die vorig jaar tegen de Rohingya's zijn begaan, naar verluidt ook door overheidsinstanties, neerkomen op misdaden tegen de menselijkheid en etnische zuivering; overwegende dat in dit rapport ook bewijzen worden vermeld voor vier massagraven in de staat Rakhine, daterend uit 2012;

Amongst these destitute people are the indigenous Rohingya community of Western Burma, who in recent years have been the victims of ethnic cleansing carried out by the Burmese Government.
