«installations pétrolières et gazières»: un équipement fixe ou mobile, ou une combinaison d'équipements interconnectés en permanence par des passerelles ou par d'autres structures, utilisés pour des opérations pétrolières ou gazières en mer ou en liaison avec ces opérations; cela inclut les unités mobiles de forage au large si elles sont positionnées au large aux fins du forage, de la production ou d'autres activités en rapport avec des opérations pétrolières ou gazières en mer, ainsi que les infrastructures et équipements destinés à acheminer la production pétrolière et gazière jusqu'à la terre ou aux terminaux terrestres.
„olie- en gasinstallatie”: een statische vaste of mobiele voorziening, of een combinatie van voorzieningen die permanent onderling zijn verbonden door bruggen of andere structuren en die voor offshore olie- of gasactiviteiten of in het kader van deze activiteiten worden gebruikt; hiertoe behoren uitsluitend mobiele offshore boorinstallaties indien zij in offshore wateren verankerd liggen met het oog op boringen, productie of andere activiteiten die verband houden met offshore olie- of gasactiviteiten, evenals infrastructuur en voorzieningen die worden gebruikt om olie en gas aan land of naar onshore terminals te brengen;
