b) le mariage ait été contracté ou la cohabitation légale ait débuté après le moment où la victime a été admise au bénéfice de la réparation organisée par la présente loi, pour autant que ce mariage ait été contracté ou cette cohabitation légale ait débuté au moins trois cent soixante-cinq jours avant le décès de la victime, ou
b) het huwelijk werd gesloten of de wettelijke samenwoning aanving na het tijdstip waarop het slachtoffer aanspraak is beginnen te maken op de bij deze wet georganiseerde schadeloosstelling, voor zover dat huwelijk is gesloten of die wettelijke samenwoning is aangevangen ten minste driehonderdvijfenzestig dagen vóór het overlijden van het slachtoffer, of
