Ook wat betreft fraudepreventie en -bestrijding op het gebied van de sociale bescherming in een grensoverschrijdende context is België actief, bijvoorbeeld via het afsluiten van bilaterale overeenkomsten met onder ander Nederland of als een van de stuwende krachten bij de werking van het European Health Care and Corruption Network.

Cette action conjointe devrait s’appuyer sur les projets de recherche et d’innovation ci-après, encourager leur prise en compte dans la pratique clinique et exploiter leurs résultats et réalisations: «Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness» (CEDAR) (34), «Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health» (COPING) (35), «European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres» (ENBREC), «Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation» (MentDis_ICF65+) (36), «Financing systems’ effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe» (REFINEMENT), «A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe» (ROAMER), «Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours» (SEYLE) (37), «Tailored implementation for chronic diseases» (TICD) et «Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth» (WE-STAY).

Considérant que la Health and Consumer Protection DG de l'Union européenne a décidé, dans le cadre du plan d'action communautaire relatif à la santé publique, de créer un nouveau réseau d'autorités nationales, à savoir le « Nutrition and Physical Activity Network »;
Overwegende dat de Health en Consumer Protection DG van de Europese Unie in het kader van het communautair actieplan i.v.m. volksgezondheid beslist heeft om een nieuw netwerk van nationale overheden op te richten, met name het « Nutrition and Physical Activity Network »;

Le projet Flow (Health Care Network for Health Care Professionals around Shared Patient Records) qui a permis d'appliquer en mode réel des résultats de recherches internationales et de définir un certain nombre de précautions que nous veillons à intégrer dans le cadre légal ;
het Flow-project (Health Care Network for Health Care Professionals around Shared Patient Records) dat het mogelijk maakt de resultaten van internationaal onderzoek in real time toe te passen en een aantal voorzorgen te definiëren die we in het wettelijke kader moeten integreren. Verschillende projecten zijn gericht op de verbetering van de communicatie tussen het acuut ziekenhuis en de huisartsen in de attractiezone.
